Over the last 30+ years, I have been a “working artist”, my labor of love. My work includes commercial and residential murals, fine art and portraits. I am currently a contracted pet portrait artist for one of the nations leading online pet supply companies. I paint, on average, 40+ pet portraits each month. I welcome custom commissions! I am also a published artist and an Exhibiting Member of the Charleston Artist Guild, and currently represented by the new art gallery, “Art on the Square” in the Nexton community of Summerville, South Carolina. I primarily work with water based mediums, using “whatever it takes” to create the effect I need. I prefer working with mediums that are environmentally friendly as much as possible. I am greatly inspired by the artistic style, Art Nouveau, including the work of Cheret, Mucha and Lautrec. My greatest joy comes from simply picking up a pencil or a brush and putting on canvas the images in my mind. I love being able to share with others my vision, sometimes quirky, sometimes realistic, but always a part of my soul…

Through the years, I have worked side by side and learned from some incredibly talented artists. To these ones, I credit my growing skills. I’m always on a quest for new opportunities to learn and improve in my art and inspire others to do the same!
